What is the difference between ChartRunner and Report Server?

Datylon ChartRunner allows users to automatically create multiple personalized or targeted static reports using a Datylon template and a single Excel workbook. Without coding.

Datylon Report Server is a specially curated service for businesses and organizations with complex or recurring reporting needs. This cost-effective solution allows to automate the production of periodic and custom (personalized) reports, usually embedded in other applications.

Is there special pricing for non-profit and educational organizations?

At present, we do not offer a standard discount for non-profit or educational organizations. We suggest contacting us to discover the most appropriate solution.

What payment methods do you support?

You can pay with a selection of credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your payment info is encrypted and securely handled by Stripe.

We can also arrange for a custom invoice and bank transfer payment.

What is your refund policy?

At this moment, we do not offer refunds.

However, to make sure our product meets your requirements, we offer a 14-day free trial. You don't need a credit card to try our tool for free.

Once you purchase a subscription you're allowed to cancel anytime. You’ll be charged up until the end of the billing cycle.
